MVEC Event Team
About the Team
MVEC has a wide range of riders competing in eventing from Starter through the Preliminary level. The crew can be spotted at most of the Area 1 Events and local schooling shows. The team prides itself in supporting each and every rider. Each team member actively helps each other throughout the season. Success is not measured by the ribbons collected at the end of the day, but instead by each person's individual goals and accomplishments. We pride ourselves in our teamwork, support network and close community feeling created through the team. Team members are not required to own their own horse or be currently boarded at MVEC. Team activities include all the pre and post-show prep as well as walking courses, reviewing dressage tests and vital meetings at the local icecream shop.
Feel free to introduce yourself if you see us! We are a friendly group and we tend to bring lots of snacks wherever we go!!

Mountain Valley Equestrian Center IEA Event Team
Starting with the 2021 School Year, the USEA has launched a new IEL program for incoming 5th through 12th grade riders competing in eventing!
Teams are made up of any level of rider, the three best scores of the day count towards the teams score.
MVEC will be offering an IEL program which is open to current MVEC Boarders and leasers.
Local event riders that do not ride with MVEC are also welcome to join with no commitment! Outside team members can still ride with their current barn/instructor as normal, this is simply a way to build camaraderie amongst local barns.
